He made sure everything went quick and smooth, and made several checkups on the house throughout the repairing/replacement. Allen from Restoration was incredibly helpful throughout the process of replacing our roof after storm damage. Mr. Andrew Pickens went on top of my roof to check out my wind turbine  to see why it was squealing  said that it needed to be adjusted and that was needed to work. He did this with no charged and gave me his card if I  have any more trouble  with it he would come back check on it for me. I have never had anyone be so trueful to me with an estimate and save me money  and time. Upon interviewing 5 roofing companies, we choose Restoration Roofing. The job consisted of roof replacement and major structural repairs. Our decision was made due to their sales rep Alan Self, who provided the absolute best presentation of all roofing materials that would be used and how applied, in comparison to other roofing companies. Alan was very informative and answered all of our questions. The price was competitive with better quality products and service. The roof replacement and repairs went as planned with no problems. The crew were very polite, cleaned up and completed the job on time. Alan came by to inspect the finished product. This process went much better that we ever expected. Alan was always available to answer any questions. Upon completion of the roof, we have decided to again work with Alan on new gutter installation. Last year, I met Andrew Pickens from Restoration Roofing, and he helped us correct the mess a previous roofer made on our roof. The repair costs were fair, and the quality of work was five-star.  I was amazed at how quickly he identified the problems. Andrew, along with his ladder and his drone, found the problem, supplied me with pictures, and within a week, the issues were repaired.  This week, 1/6/26, I had Andrew back at the house to look into another minor problem.  What a fantastic guy. He remembered the names of our dogs.  He diagnosed the issue, and the issue was quickly resolved—great company to do business with. The installation crew did an excellent job, completed the roof in one day, and did it on the day scheduled. Josh was the project manager and he knows roofing inside and out. Our home’s roof was pretty dark, almost black, and I did not realize how much life will be brought to it by choosing a different color!
